SimplySportsware has been the most user-friendly website I've used as commissioner of my NCAA Men's Basketball pool. I also found out they've got the best customer service when I ran into a problem with some entries I'd inadvertently deleted. After thoroughly researching the issue during the busiest time of the tournament, the team was able to retrieve those missing entries and restore them to the contestant's satisfaction. I'll be loyal to SimplySportsware as long as I run a pool. Brandon

Your site is the best. Everyone comments on how easy it is to use. I never get phone calls after the first week of setup.The fee is nominal and the members love the flexibility of the site.They know who is in the running on Monday night and there has never been an arguement over any of the results.They like the autopick( we only use 6 )if they forget to choose for some reason. Keep up the good work. We will be back next year for sure!! vghpool

Just wanted to drop you guys a note and tell what a great site you have. I have run two Suicide Pools, a Super Bowl Block Pool, NCAA bowl game and final four bracket. The site is easy to use and inexpensive. Keep up the great work. Bill S from NJ

Thank you very much for your very quick response. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful website. The regular season pool I ran went very smoothly. All the players had a great time with it and enjoyed using simplysportsware.com. Some of them were hesitant to use your site at first (being used to the "old" picksheets), but I must say you won them over within the first two weeks. Your site is easy to use and made my job much less of a headache. You always respond to any issues orquestions I have very proptmly. I look forward using your site for all of my future pools. You guys are doing a great job! It's definitely the best web pool I've seen, and I did a lot of searching. The vast majority of websites don't respond to comments or questions other than through some mindless automated message. Not only do you guys respond, but you answer the question and take action rather than making up excuses, and you respond quickly! MMFBPool
